Hello and Welcome to Inner Radiance Studios!

I am so glad that you stopped by!  Waking up to yourself as a spiritual being is a lot of fun! It is also challenging to navigate the changes and the energies that get lit up as you have more and take your next steps.  

Commonly when we create, have, or simply decide to change on any level, energies get lit up.  Energies like resistance, fear, invalidation, anger, victim pictures, punishment, controls, judgment, pain...yours and others.  Whatever held you hostage or limited your freedom or creativity will suddenly become quite loud in your awareness.   Giving yourself a reading or healing can assist you in identifying those energies and your relationship to them so you can move past them. Sometimes we have outdated pictures of ourselves and get caught in old agreements that no longer serve us.  Agreements and  patterns of behavior that no longer serve you can be cleared so you can have that which best nourishes your soul now.  With clarity and validation, you can move forward. With imagination, certainty, and knowing your truth, you can create and have.  

Here's an example, I used to own a plum wool coat with faux fur trim.  Everyone loved the coat. I received many compliments whenever I wore it. It was a well-made coat and lasted many years, but I was changing.  Though the coat was still beautiful, it now longer reflected who I was. I didn't look or feel like myself in it. More like an old version of myself that I had outgrown.  The problem was that everyone said oh you can't get rid of that coat, it's so pretty; or what's wrong with that coat it's perfectly fine, you don't need a new coat.  So I held on to that coat and wore it season after season feeling stuck and invalidated in an old picture of myself, listening to everyone who said it looked good on me and it was in good shape, so why bother to get a new one.  Logically what they said made sense, but spiritually, it wasn't true. 

In spirit, the more I held on to the coat, the more seniority I gave to other people's pictures. In spirit, we would say, I lost my space or gave up my space, meaning I allowed someone else's energy to displace my truth. Another way of saying that is that I allowed someone else's energy to take up the space around me, so that my truth couldn't be seen or experienced by me.  The picture I had of myself when I bought the coat was so past time that wearing the coat became an invalidation to my beauty.  Every time I continued to wear the coat because other people liked it, I was denying my spiritual self. It was like I was saying to myself, I can't be who I am now, or have what I can have now because everyone validates the old picture.  Taking spiritual steps takes courage and clarity.  To know and see what your truth is and to act on it, despite what other people say or think. Even if what they say or think is complimentary.  Even when the old you was just fine and everybody was used to it, you can decide to have more of your truth and light shining through.  I now have a new coat, warmer, more elegant and sophisticated than the old...just like me.

It is a great way to validate your energy and you'll feel a lot better!  It will help to make things easier and enable to you to access your power and information, and align to your purpose.  

This past year has been particularly challenging. Everyone has been asked spiritually to step up and move out old belief patterns.  As this year closes, it's a great opportunity to receive a hello to the miracles and changes during the year, plus receive some help in furthering those changes.  It's also a great time to set your spiritual goals for the new year, and a reading or healing is a great way to do this!  I look forward to working with you in spirit.
